When my son was ready for his big boy room, I made the mistake of asking what kind of room he wanted. My choices were sports or batman. I went with the sport (the thinking batman obsession could be short-lived), and instead of the whole room features obsessed, I brought with color, wall decor vintage and some simple accessories. To my then three years, he was the ideal sport big boy room. Score.
