I think I have received many calls recently from friends who are waiting preggers baby number 2. Many of them live in homes not equipped with an additional bedroom for their new addition. There is always the question arises: "How do I decorate my new shared space" I saw the rooms that are half nursery / half-child and the design point of view, having a unified area?. is visually more pleasing that allows a smoother transition once baby # 2 grows out of their cradle. Extra bedding "big kid" can be purchased for planning the transition. Also, keeping the less baby design, allows a well thought space grow with your kids.
This is a mini-inspiring card, I pulled together which is centered around a mix-and-match lovely bed entire Nod land available in baby and teenage daughter ( there also defines boy). in this space, the room is balanced and harmonized with aqua painted headboard and painted cradle aqua. other possibly white painted parts could be a mix and match to optimize storage and enable the function as a full-size dresser with a top change added. If you keep the mismatched furniture and then adding a piece later will be easy to do. Instead of too much art theme, try the personalized monogram art to incorporate wall detail and whimsy.
1. Twin painted head - Turquoise Shed on Etsy ... I love painted furniture, especially in bright colors. It adds a lot of character, more if it is a bit hit and bruised over time, it is better.
2. Floral swirl lampshade - Rosenberry Rooms ... this shade would be a great addition to a suspended luminaire, it adds the right amount of sweet and sophistication
3 !. Wall decoration - painted letters -. Old New Again on Etsy ... to add numbers or letters are a great way to add a learning tool right on your wall while being decorative
4. And 6. "With a Flourish "bedding and crib bedding - Land of Nod ... this collection has many options to mix and match to create different looks ... available from cradle to Queen
5. Monogram art - Fancy Prints on Etsy ... this copy is ready to personalize and frame. I like to add a personal element to any room, more when you can choose the color ?? Bonus!
7. Posh pallet cradle pin -. Posh Tots ... this crib can be customized in a variety of colors to match your design and can move in a crib infant
8. Paint Colors - Martha Stewart Living Paint - Home Depot ... green (Aurora Borealis) pink (sugared Pansy) blue (blue Aegean) ... that sweet, sweet palette is colorful enough to satisfy your baby and calm enough to rock your baby to sleep [!
