Well, the time has finally come to start the transition from my son his crib in his " . big boy bed "even if I bought the baby conversion kit is Cradle Modern by Netto Collection, I wanted to get used to sleeping in a real bed by himself, mainly when we travel as can now easily climb in and out of a pack-n-play. We needed a bed that was still allowed for compact storage space or additional sleeping space. So a trundle bed was the right option (our ceilings are too short for bunk beds). I ordered a custom meridian from Newport Cottages, one of my favorite classical furniture lines. All their pieces are manufactured in Riverside, CA and are built to last. the design and shiny finish mimics the design of the Modern crib already in the room so it flows seamlessly with the rest of his furniture. Since it's just the transition room, I did not buy any new work, so instead I filled its walls with his own artwork and framed photos taken with my favorite photographer Liz Photography Life. (Tip: When obtaining photos professionally framed and printed, either make them all the same size or sizes difrerent It makes moving and re-hang easier when you add to the collection ..)
once we finished our remodeling minor house and moves to his orderly, we will buy a new carpet, artwork and wall coverings. Here is a picture of inspiration fabrics for his new play:
